Ann Sercl , B.A., A.R.C.T., R.M.T. is an associate piano teacher with the Royal Conservatory of Music of Toronto. Ann studied classical piano, history, harmony, composition and piano pedagogy with renowned teachers Edward Parker (performance) in Vancouver , Daryl Irvine (piano pedagogy) and Frank Tetreau at the Royal Conservatory of Toronto, downtown campus. Ann Sercl has dedicated her career to piano performance and teaching for twenty years.
Ann offers piano lessons from her private studio in Aurora to students of all ages and interests. Preparation for Royal Conservatory piano exams in addition to Rudiments and Music History are available to all interested individuals. Ann incorporates music history and harmony into her practical teaching. Her comprehensive approach to music ultimately supports a unique understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of all styles of piano from Baroque, Contemporary, Classical, Romantic and popular piano.
